After-sales service
Our after-sales team is at your disposal and will process your request as soon as possible.
Guarantee
- The general conditions of guarantee apply and cover any defects of construction or material. It does not cover normal wear and tear especially to parts such as tires, control cables, brake pads and shock absorbers except in the event of an established manufacturing defect.
- The guarantee applies under normal conditions of use and excludes any damage occurring if the vehicle is:
- involved in an accident and/or subjected to unusual shocks or force
- rented without supervision
- used in any competition and sport challenge
- used for jumping obstacles and deliberate skidding
- abnormal and abusive use
- immersed up to the nacelle/body pod in water
- high-pressure cleaned
- not recharged when battery is discharged/flat
- charged battery at low temperature (below 0°degree C)
- operated on a long descent with a fully charged battery, resulting in a battery overload
- found to have replacement of original parts
- not routinely maintained

Rules of Use
- Vehicle owners and drivers should obey local laws and ensure:
- suitable personal and liability insurance cover is in place
- the vehicle is registered and insured if used on public roads
- drivers use suitable helmet and clothing
- a minimum age of 14 is recommended when used on private land. Please check local rules.
- drivers obey traffic laws on public roads
- drivers respect other road users and the countryside
- drivers learn how to drive the vehicle and understand both its abilities and limitations
- regular checks are carried out to ensure that the vehicle is in good working condition before use
