Safety recommendations to read before driving Swincar e-Spider
Safety recommendations
- It is highly recommended that drivers wear a helmet and sturdy shoes.
- Drivers should keep their feet in position on the footrest while driving.
- To maintain access to the controls at all times drivers should not move their hands on the steering wheel. This means driving by crossing your arms in tight turns in the same way as in Formula 1.
- The controls are direct and should not be used suddenly, especially when first learning to drive the vehicle
- Avoid sudden changes in direction that can cause a vehicle with 4-wheel steering to yaw or swerve.
- On tight turns, it is recommended to move the upper body in the same direction of turn to help improve stability.
- On steep slopes, it is recommended to move the upper body towards the slope in order to help improve stability.
- Speeding up to try and cross an obstacle is not advised or necessary, the engines torque will be sufficient to cross obstacles smoothly.
- The vehicle is not designed for jumping. Harsh landings may damage key components.
The exceptional capabilities of the SWINCAR e-Spider may make you think that it has no limits. This is of course not true and the vehicle has to obey the laws of physics.
The main risk for a beginner is the risk of skidding as a result of sudden movement of the steering wheel and the risk of tipping the vehicle when ground adhesion returns.
care + progressive use of controls = pleasure + safety
